Celebrate New Year's Eve With Delicious Non-Alcoholic Spicy Apple Cider

cider.jpgNew Year's is around the corner and the stressful energy of the Holiday Season is about to reach its crescendo. The Holiday Season is about giving, sharing, loving, and showing kindness, but the magic seems to fade away and disappear among all the hustle bustle mayhem. Enjoying good food with our loved ones and drinking and being merry is what celebrating the Holiday is all about, but it's important celebrate in a sensible healthy manner.

For starters, if you're going to celebrate and drink in the New Year, it's healthier to do it in a non-alcoholic manner. As traditional as it is, there is nothing sane, safe, wise, or healthy about drinking alcohol, regardless of the amount. Alcohol impairs judgment and removes inhibitions. Some people are capable of exercising self-restraint and drinking one or two sips of wine or champagne and then call it quits. Unfortunately, this isn't the case for most people. Many people get carried away when celebrating and drink more alcohol than the body can tolerate. The result is that the person becomes sick and dangerous. A healthy alternative to alcohol is organic sparkling apple cider. Drinking a glass of hot spicy apple cider with a blend of a pinch of ginger, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of allspice, and a pinch of nutmeg is delicious, healthy, and soothing. Most important is it's safe and wise. If you are going to drink alcohol, please use healthy good judgment and designate a driver who you know will abstain from drinking any alcohol and will be there for you for support to drive you home. Have a safe peaceful Holiday and New Year.
