Valentine's Day is coming up on February 14. Traditionally, it is customary for lovers and those courting each other to show loving romantic gestures. Lovers take the opportunity on Valentine's Day to shower their true love with sweet candies, especially chocolate, special gifts, and beautiful flowers. When you buy Valentine's Day gifts for your true love this year, try something different.

A wonderful way to make these gifts speak from your heart is to make them healthy. Candies and chocolates that are sold in mainstream stores and grocery stores are laden with refined white sugar, corn syrup, artificial flavors, colors, and unhealthy synthetic food additives. Ignore these toxic things and shop at your nearby organic store. A healthier choice is to buy natural, organic, vegan candies and chocolate from an organic natural food store that contain only natural organic plant-based sweeteners, such as brown rice syrup, fructose, evaporated cane juice, Stevia, or agave nectar, natural cocoa or carob, and are dairy-free. When you buy flowers, make sure they come from an organic florist who doesn't use any harmful petro-chemicals or synthetic fragrance to scent the flowers. As absurd as it sounds, it is very common for vendors to add fragrance to the flowers to add "extra special scent". A wonderful gift is a healthy fragrance that contains only pure organic essential oils that are only derived from pure plant essences. Sandalwood, patchouli, bergamot, ylang ylang, orange, and vetiver are lovely scents that will make anyone feel sensual, romantic, cared for, and loved.
