Natural Organic Popsicles

Another favourite frozen treat during the summer is the Popsicle. Most kids either run to the approaching ice cream truck or the freezer section in the supermarket for all their frozen treats. But did you know that it's easy to make your own frozen Popsicles? All you need are your favourite natural unsweetened juice or juice sweetened only with fruit juice, some freezer pop makers to freeze them in, and plenty of space in your freezer.

The best part about making your own Popsicle is that you can be as creative as you want and you can control what goes into your Popsicle. On very hot days, you can get very creative when making Popsicles. You can make them with orange juice, apple juice, or tropical fruit juice. You can even include some blended fruits in the blender. When you pull your homemade Popsicles out of the freezer, the most wonderful thing happens. You're treating your tastebuds and your body to wholesome, natural, nourishing frozen treats that will make you feel good and alive. The frozen desserts sold in the ice cream truck and the supermarket are loaded with sugar or aspartame, artificial colours, artificial flavors, synthetic fillers, and pesticides. Who want's that? The idea of eating frozen treats is to cool off on a hot day and enjoy something sweet and tasty when you have a sweet tooth. There are some wonderful delicious frozen desserts in the organic natural food freezer, but it's more economical and fun to get creative and make your own.
