No bodily organ is safe from its toxic destruction and no good can come from consuming the unhealthy stuff. White sugar has been consumed for many decades and the very thought of kicking the habit often creates emotional mayhem. Refined white sugar is processed sugar cane stripped of all vitamins, minerals, and nutritional components. The acidity levels alone that come from consuming the white stuff causes every organ in the body to break down and degenerate. This is especially true for the teeth, which is what creates cavities. White sugar goes into the bloodstream, eats away at the cells, and by the time it creates cavities in the teeth, all the organs in between have gotten high on the effects of this sweet thief.

All health experts agree that refined white sugar is harmful, destructive, and best ignored. The sweeteners that are healthy and safer to consume are organic evaporated cane juice, fructose, stevia, and brown rice syrup. Evaporated cane juice is pure organic cane juice before everything is stripped away and tainted. Fructose is pure fruit sugar. Stevia is the sweet herbal plant, and brown rice syrup is the natural syrup pressed and extracted from brown rice. A moderate amount of any of these healthy natural sweeteners is a safe healthy sweet
treat.
